Removal from Office of the Chief Justice Of Kenya

The Chief Justice may be removed from office if a Tribunal appointed to inquire into his conduct finds that he should not remain in office.
The CJ  can also be removed from office by death or on attainment of age 70 whichever occurs first or by impeachment
